Daily Workout ? Fat Burn | Skinny Ms.

It?s Monday at Skinny Ms. and that means?FAT BURN TIME!

Today we?re going to complete 4 circuits. Be sure to watch the video demos before beginning the workout so there?s no break after starting.

This routine is challenging so grab some water and get ready to burn fat. Complete 4 circuits with 1 minute rest before beginning the routine again.

Run In Place 30 seconds?knees up. Fast walking is acceptable, just be sure to keep your knees high and swing your arms as with running.
Rest ? 20 seconds
Spartan Bow ? 10 reps each leg ?hold to a chair for stability if necessary.
Rest ? 10 seconds
Side Burpees ? 10 reps ?5 each side
Rest ? 20 seconds
Mountain Climbers ? 20 reps
