Allen helps us to see that there is so much more going on in our relationships with our animal companions. This book is packed with day-to-day, moment-to-moment experiences between Allen, Linda, and Leaf, demonstrating the animal-human spiritual bond. It?s also about life and death ? enduring a life-threatening illness and having to go way beyond preconceived limits of patience and stamina.
